NECA presents this clothed action figure of The Penguin from Tim Burton's 1992 masterpiece, Batman Returns, featuring Danny DeVito in an unforgettable portrayal of the iconic villain. Abandoned by his parents as a child, he is now a reclusive and disfigured man whose twisted mind is sharpened by rage and driven by an insatiable desire for revenge, living in the tunnels and sewers beneath Gotham City. The Penguin found a home and operations base in the Arctic World Pavilion of the abandoned Old Gotham City Zoo. The Penguin and the Red Triangle Circus gang form an unusual alliance with the amoral business magnate Max Shreck, plunging Gotham City and its inhabitants into a frenzy of fear. As a tribute to classic toy lines, The Penguin figure is fully articulated and wears custom-tailored fabric clothing, including a posable coat with wire. Accessories include a top hat, monocle, fish snack, interchangeable gloved hands, and more.
